The Allen Economic Development Group leads a regional workforce development strategy with the mission to attract, develop, and retain an employer-ready workforce with the right skills to fill the needs of local employers. Link Lima/Allen County functions as a talent incubator, stimulating growth of the local workforce by actively recruiting job seeker, student, and adult learner participation in local programs that engage, train, and prepare candidates to fill the needs of local businesses.
