REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN/BUILD SER- VICES FOR A PORT AUTHORITY OF ALLEN COUNTY N THAYER ROAD
The Port Authority of Allen County ( PAAC ) is requesting quali- fications for Design/Build ( D/B ) firms/teams to provide design and construction in connection with the new Port Authority of Al- len County ( PAAC ) North Thayer Road roundabout. The proj- ect involves design and construction of a 4-leg roundabout on North Thayer Road, Bath Township, Allen County, Ohio. The PAAC will select and retain a (D/B) firm/team for the design and construction of this project. This project will be performed as a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. Only qualified firms/contractors are eligible to participate in this project.
The required format for the proposal to be submitted to the Port Authority of Allen County is described in detail in the full copy of the Request for Qualifications, and is available by either (1) emailing Cindy Leis at leisc@aedg.org or (2) visiting the Port Authority s website at www.aedg.org/announcements. Qualifica- tion Statements are due no later than Monday, November 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (local time).
