Cynthia has been associated with AEDG for nine years, serving as Senior Project Manager, Director of Business Development, and Executive Director for the Port Authority of Allen County before taking on the role of President and CEO in 2024. With over 30 years of experience in economic and community development, she has worked at the state, regional, and county levels, managing business retention and growth, industrial site development, and new business attraction efforts. A strategic catalyst, economic development advocate, public-private connector, and resource steward, Cynthia brings a depth of expertise and leadership that continues to drive meaningful progress across Allen County and the broader Northwest Ohio region.
