Jeremy joined AEDG in 2026 as the Planning and Site Development Manager, where he leads site readiness efforts, infrastructure planning, and redevelopment initiatives across Allen County. He brings more than two decades of public-sector experience from his work with the State of Ohio, including key roles at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation. His deep background in compliance assistance equips him to navigate complex regulatory and site challenges while advancing projects that drive business growth and strengthen community development.

Beyond his professional work, Jeremy is actively engaged in local education and workforce initiatives. He serves on a local school board and on the board of the Apollo Career Center, underscoring his commitment to developing talent and supporting the community’s long-term success.
