Before joining AEDG, Tim held leadership roles in education where he led strategic initiatives to prepare students and faculty to enhance regional talent pipelines and support local businesses. A strategic connector, collaborative leader, opportunity integrator, and community-focused professional, Tim is dedicated to fostering a vibrant economic environment in Allen County and the broader Northwest Ohio region.
