This addendum serves to notify all prospective respondents that an additional site tour for the Memorial Hall Boutique Hotel Project has been scheduled.
As previously announced, RFP submissions for the Memorial Hall Boutique Hotel Project are due Friday, June 12th.
An additional site tour will be offered on Friday, May 29th at 10:00 AM for interested hotel development and management teams. Parties wishing to attend should contact our office to confirm participation.
If an alternative date or time is required, private tours may be arranged upon request by contacting our office.
