This addendum serves to notify all prospective respondents that the Port Authority of Allen County has issued Addendum No. 3. for the Memorial Hall Boutique Hotel Project.
The proposal submission deadline has been extended to Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM. All proposers are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum and incorporate the updated deadline into their submissions.
An updated feasibility study by the Spencer Group will be provided by Wednesday, July 1. An additional addendum will be sent out at that time.
