This Addendum serves to supplement and amend the Feasibility Study for the Project. The Proposer shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in its Proposal and incorporate all information contained herein into the Proposal submitted.
- An updated Feasibility Study prepared by the Spencer Group is now available.
Proposers are reminded that all RFP submissions for the Project are due no later than July 8, 2026.
Except as stated herein, this Addendum No. 4 shall not alter any part of the RFP for the Project.
