Amazon is currently constructing a new distribution center in Shawnee Township on Jay Begg Parkway, just south of Interstate 75. The nearly 110,000-square-foot facility sits on 25 acres and is expected to be operational by fall 2026.
The station will serve as the last mile of Amazon’s delivery network for Lima and surrounding communities, creating 25 to 30 full-time management positions and supporting hundreds of contracted delivery drivers.
